Intra-stormal implants are called Rings, Segments or ICRs and were designed and developed to be used
as a correction for reducing or eliminating myopia of minus 0.5 to minus 8.0 diopters.
They are also used for the correction of keratoconus if properly implanted into the stroma of the cornea,
outside of the optic zone.
