Intra stromal inlays are implants, often called corneal inlays or corneal segments and are designed and
developed to be used as a correction for reducing or eliminating myopia.
They are also used for the correction of keratoconus if properly implanted into the stroma of the cornea,
outside of the optic zone.
KERATACx™ Intra Corneal Rings ( ICRs )
Eye4Vision offers multiple segment styles depending on the Corneal Topography and the dioptric correction required.

Are made of the finest Clear Perspex CQ-UV PMMA ( PolyMethylMethAcrylate ).
Have an unique, triangular shape
Have extremely rounded edges, the design allows extraction from either end if replacement is required
Have a full arc of 320º, each ring has a full arc of 160º
Are available in 4 models, each model covering a different optical zone
Easy insertion when using the Vejarano Delaminator system™
Don't generate Glare, Halo's, Sparkles or Star bursts, opposed to other brands of corneal inlays
Are available from 100 micron up to 350 micron, in 25 micron increments
All models are available in a 45°, 90°, 120°, 160°, 210° or 320° radius, allowing precise diopter corrections
An optional Delaminator system can be purchased, to improve results and to prevent corneal perforations

Vejarano Delaminator System™
The World's First affordable corneal delaminating system for Keratoconus,
designed to improve results and prevent corneal perforations,
and manufactured of the finest medical grade Titanium or Stainless steel.
Surgeons around the world report that patients experience NO glare, halos,
sparkles or star bursts, after implantation of KERATACx™ branded ICRs
with the Vejarano Delaminator System™
KERATACx™
provides a smaller visual zone but produces the highest dioptric changes available today.
An optional Delaminator must be purchased for KERATACx™ to insure a proper tunnel radius.
KERATACx Plus™
is the most popular segment and matches the size and indications of Kerarings™ and Ferrara Rings™,
but without the reported halos, glare or sparkles many other segments produce.
KERATACx SP™ ( SP - Super Plus )
is the 5.8mm to 6.0mm optical zone segment and also requires a different Delaminator to insure the proper tunnel radius.
KERATACx V™ - when 4 segments are required
invented in conjunction with Dr. Vejarano, offers the largest visual zone of >6.0mm, and is used
when 4 segments are required. An optional Delaminator must be purchased to insure a proper tunnel radius.
