The STATIM cassette autoclave uses clean “good quality distilled water every cycle and research
shows that there is no detectable endotoxins in the water reservoir of the STATIM.
Re-cycling dirty contaminated water is certainly no longer acceptable and the reservoir holds
sufficient water for 30 cycles

The STATIM 'S' Cycle validates its own successful cycle as a computerized microprocessor abort
the cycle if either the parameters of temperature or time are not achieved.
♦ Validation
Daily validation can be done in the wrapped cycle with a “Super Atmospheric Pressure” Helix.
♦ Tracking
Tracking is easy and accurate with “POINT OF CARE” sterilization between patients,
the validation printout can be attached to the patient card to prove sterility for every patient.
It is extremely user friendly as it works with the touch of a button on a Key Pad and a display
tells the operator exactly what to do.
